Horseradish

In the same family as broccoli, HORSERADISH is deemed as “Drano for the Head”, horseradish is a hot, spice, and pungent root. It warms the body, dissolving accumulated mucus and draining hidden mucus. It’s high in Vitamins A and C and rich in iron, calcium, magnesium, and potassium.
