Rosemary

Our next spice, drinking Rosemary as tea, is an excellent substitute for morning coffee drinkers, whereas Peppermint tea is a great substitute for an afternoon cup of coffee.

Rosemary has a blood-moving effect and thus improves circulation, relieves headaches, reduces fatigue, and calms the nervous system by enhancing mental clarity and memory and lifting one’s spirit.
