Fenugreek

Known for its signature maple syrup scent, Fenugreek has a powerhouse of vitamins and minerals. Although it should be given to pregnant women, its helpful for bringing on a delayed menstrual cycle and increases the flow of breastmilk in nursing mothers. It works to soothe and heal mucous membranes by reducing inflammation in the sinuses, mouth, throat, lungs, and colon. It works against sinusitis, gastritis, IBS, coughs, sore throats, and hemorrhoids. It also helps to regulate blood sugar.
