Cilantro/Coriander

Considered balancing for all body types, CILANTRO (leaves) / CORIANDER (seeds) is also known as Italian parsley or fresh coriander seeds and is considered a two-for-one herb/spice with a cooling and carminative nature. It aids in digestion, by relaxing the sphincter, as well as releases nausea, headaches, gas, bloating, and upset stomach. Its cilantro (leaves only) is a common salsa ingredient, making it a perfect summer herb. When heated, its leaves wilt and its taste fades.
