We only extend advice to our holistic nutrition/herbalism clients. Here we’ll assess your health condition and your desired goals, we may suggest that consider adding seasonal fruit to your diet if feasible. Keep in mind, some people already eat fruits and vegetables but maybe not in the best quality or quantity. There will be no need to make immediate changes to your diet as they could overwhelm you in the long run.
