Do I have to drink water (all the time)?

I’m sure you’ve heard the popular saying to drink 8 glasses of water a day but who said it had to be plain water? Certain diseases and disorders put one at risk of dehydration but drinking too much water can be just as harmful and taxing on your kidneys (and liver). The key is the type of water your drink, how much you drink, and when you drink. (Tip: You really shouldn’t drink water or milk with your meal yet people do it all the time.) 😉
