Eating out in moderation is fine. Life happens so there may come a time when grabbing a quick bit to eat at a local restaurant is your only option. That’s understandable. The key is to honestly assess your actions over a period of time: How often are you eating out? Where are you eating out? What’s the quality of the food served there? When are you able to sit down and eat a healthy, nutritious meal? These are the type of questions we’ll ponder together.
