Five Flavors Wellness Tea

Ingredients
  • 15 g Astragalus (dried) ((app. small handful))
  • 1/3 cup Oatstraw (dried/sifted) ((app. 10 grams))
  • 1 tbsp Rose Hips (de-seeded) ((app. 10 grams))
  • 1 tbsp Dandelion Root (dried/roasted) ((app. 10 grams))
  • 3 g Cinnamon Chips ((or 1 cinnamon tick broken into pieces))
  • 4 cup Water
  • cup Apple Juice
Instructions
  1. Place the herbs and water into a medium saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes, covered.
  3. Turn off the heat and add the apple juice. Let stand 5 minutes.
  4. Strain.
  5. Drink warm or cold as desired. (I prefer warm!) Drink within 48 hours.
